About Me

As an Associate Broker with Royal LePage and a long-term resident of Vancouver's Westside, I sell homes for my clients all over the city. The keys to my success are: attention to my clients' needs, their transaction details and always working in their best interest; This is where I excel and this is how I have built my practice. 

I am a full service "Boutique Realtor" and I will assist you in preparing your home for the market, listing it at a realistic price and launching my 46 step marketing strategy. As a Buyer's Agent, I have a comprehensive 15 Point Home Search Program which will help determine what you are searching for in a home. I will also provide you with information to assist you in making the best decision. I am with you every step of the way from the selling or search process, to the presentation of offers, inspection and subject removals. I negotiate the best price possible for my clients.

I have sold over a $380 Million dollars worth of homes! My results show and I rank in Royal LePage's Individual National Top 10, Royal LePage Top 10 in BC, Royal LePage Westside #1 Realtor. I am in the top 2% of the Vancouver Real Estate Board.

Education & Other Business Experience


    • I completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, in Urban Land Economics (ULE) and Finance in 1986 at the University of British Columbia.
    • My education entailed a 5 year comprehensive professional business degree, majoring in Urban Land Economics, which included the study of urban and real estate economics, valuation analysis, appraisal, finance, land-law and urban planning.
    • As a successful entrepreneur, I specialized in startups, acting in the roles of Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Director of private and public companies.
    • I conceptualized and bought ideas to fruition, by developing successful businesses strategies, a very successful local Italian restaurant in 1983, several Tele-Communication & Internet companies in the 1990's, and an Internet related company which traded on the TSE Venture Exchange.
    • I have over 30 years of business experience, competence and skills in marketing, negotiation, finance, business management and administration.
